Latest development versions

The latest development version is capable of visualizing quasicrystal data. Since there are vast changes in their code base it might still contains bugs. It will be released as version 4.0 in future.

• VESTA.dmg (ver. 3.90.0a, built on Mar 4 2024, 25.0MB)
  This is a universal binary version that runs on both Intel CPUs and Apple Silicon.
  It requires macOS 10.10 or newer on Intel CPUs and macOS 11 or newer on Apple Silicon.
